			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/g9Kz3kJ3OfI/2.jpg" align="left">After working out for 4 hours and drinking 100 grams of protein I felt I had a good pump and a slight noticeable improvement.I normally will only post every week as it is hard to notice after such a short time.I did barbell front shoulder press with 45 lbs each arm,bicep curls with45 pounds each arm,tricep lying extensions and seated overhead extensions with 25 pounds.</p>
<p>Forearm reverse bicep curls with 30 pounds each hand.Shoulder shrugs with 170 pounds on a barbell,Deadlifts with 200lbs.</p>
<p>Shoulder dumbell rear raises for rear delts,side raises for side delts and front raises for front delts using 25 pound dumbell.That is an example of how I eat and train. I  did about 4 sets each exercise.</p>
<p>Todays:Nutrition,Brockley romaine lettuce,bannas and carrots,whole wheat bread,skim milk powder and eggs.Any question feel free to ask.</p>

<p>-breaking my neck c5 c4 I was in a neckbrace 2 monthes and my neck healed without my body becoming paralized.My neck can hurt and have problems etc shoulder pain etc,I also have a hip labrum tear and a separated damged left shoulder,But I am continuing to bodybuild as much as possible.</p>
<p>Every day and workout is a gift and I do not give up unless my body gives up.I will have a new doctor soon.</p>
<p>I would appreciate your prayers and support as this is a rare project,not many people can bodybuild or even move after 2 broken neck vertabrea(compression fractures).I hope you enjoyed my testimoney I thought it was worth explaining.Godbless-Sean P</p>

<p>Keys to getting a six pack:<br />
You can have the greatest, most muscular set of abs in the world, but if they are blanketed by a layer of body fat, who cares. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area.</p>
<p>Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick. Three to four sessions a week of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well. Nothing beats jogging or running. It is the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body.</p>
<p>Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs.</p>
<p>Proper Nutrition:</p>
<p>Do not sabotage your results in the gym by giving yourself a passport to pig out. Ridding the body of fat once and for all is accomplished by proper nutrition more so than incorporating cardio. At the end of the day, if you have consumed more calories than you have expended, you add body fat. So you need to burn more calories than you consume.</p>
<p>Nutrition is important because you can reduce the amount of calories you take in, therefore greatly having an effect on the amount which you have to expend through cardio. Eat five to six small, well-balanced meals spaced apart about every three to four hours. Try to keep something healthy on hand.</p>
<p>If not, when you become real hungry, you will opt for something that isn&#8217;t as good for you. When you become overly hungry, all rational thinking goes out the window.</p>
<p>But it is important to get something in you. Not eating on time or at all is almost as bad as eating too much. Keep protein intake high (approximately 50% of daily calories), carbs moderate (40%), and fats minimal (10%).</p>
<p>Muscle fiber is made of tightly-wound protein molecules that is damaged during a workout, so you need more protein than the sedentary person to help that muscle tissue repair. Carbohydrates have an important role in the body, but do not base your meals on them. Try to avoid simple sugars like cane sugar, honey, fruit juices, syrups, and even a lot of fruit.</p>
<p>Drink at least a gallon of clean water each day as well. It will help in nutrient absorption and digestion and will help flush toxins from the body.</p>
<p>Bottom line, make sure you are supplying your body with well-balanced, healthy food every three to four hours.</p>
<p>Weight training The Abdominals:</p>
<p>Here is where most people go wrong in their attempt to develop their abs. I often ask those I train, &#8220;Would you train your biceps with sets of 50 reps with no weight?&#8221; Of course, they say &#8220;no.&#8221; How about your chest, 50 reps with no weight? Another no. I then ask, &#8220;Then why would you do that with your abs?&#8221;</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s an important key. If you want proper ab development, you need to add resistance (weight) to your ab exercises. Abs are muscles just like biceps, triceps, pecs, glutes, whatever. You need resistance to properly strengthen and build them. The same goes for abdominals</p>

I find that strange because I&#8217;ve been pretty much eating healthy all week and working out (ok &#8211; not as much as last week, but still a lot!)</p>
<p>I have a couple of theories about it though..</p>
<p>-I started taking the pill like 5 weeks ago, before that I was 55 kg.  Some people put on weight from the pill, either because of increased appetite or from water weight, so that might be a reason.</p>
<p>-The weight might be muscle gained.</p>
<p>Anyway, that&#8217;s why I don&#8217;t want to be dependent on weight loss &#8211; I rather want visual results. Cause sometimes it doesn&#8217;t make sense.</p>
<p>Workout:</p>
<p>Monday:<br />
1x 8 min buns<br />
Gym: Jog 30 min, lots of ab exercises + leg press</p>
<p>Tuesday:<br />
NOTHING, very busy day + sore from yesterday.</p>
<p>Wednesday:<br />
1x 8 min abs<br />
1x 8 min buns<br />
Spinning 45 mins (sooo good exercise.. they really push you.. everyone should get to try it!)</p>
<p>Thursday:<br />
1x 8 min abs<br />
GYM: 35 min jog + lots of leg exercises + abs. GOOD DAY! <img src='http://www.marcioribeiro.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  been eating healthy, gym for 1.5 hours, delicious shrimp salad for dinner, i&#8217;m on top of my schoolwork, boyfriend was sweet, did well on a test and can go to bed early! <p>Bodybuilding is the process of maximizing muscle hypertrophy; an individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder. In competitive bodybuilding, bodybuilders display their physiques to a panel of judges, who assign points based on their aesthetic appearance. The muscles are revealed through a combination of fat loss, oils, and tanning (or tanning lotions) which combined with lighting make the definition of the muscle group more distinct.<br />
People well-known for being bodybuilders include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Charles Atlas. Currently, Dexter Jackson, holds the title of Mr. Olympia as the world&#8217;s top bodybuilder.</p>
<p>The &#8220;Early Years&#8221; of Western Bodybuilding are considered to be the period between 1880 and 1930.<br />
Bodybuilding did not really exist prior to the late 19th century, when it was promoted by a man from Prussia (Germany) named Eugen Sandow, who is now generally referred to as &#8220;The Father of Modern Bodybuilding&#8221;.<br />
In the 1970s, bodybuilding had major publicity thanks to Arnold Schwarzenegger and the 1977 film Pumping Iron. By this time the International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) dominated the sport and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) took a back seat.<br />
The National Physique Committee (NPC) was formed in 1981 by Jim Manion, who had just stepped down as chairman of the AAU Physique Committee. The NPC has gone on to become the most successful bodybuilding organization in the U.S., and is the amateur division of the IFBB in the United States.<br />
Protein is probably one of the most important parts of the diet for the bodybuilder to consider. Functional proteins such as motor proteins which include myosin, kinesin, and dynein generate the forces exerted by contracting muscles. Current advice says that bodybuilders should consume 25-30% of protein per total calorie intake to further their goal of maintaining and improving their body composition.[10] This is a widely debated topic, with many arguing that 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is ideal, some suggesting that less is sufficient, while others recommending 1.5, 2, or more.[11][12][13][14] It is believed that protein needs to be consumed frequently throughout the day, especially during/after a workout, and before sleep</p>

<p>We&#8217;re going to do a lot of different things in this workout starting with the first exercise.</p>
<p>This isn&#8217;t your classic superset format.  You will be doing dumbbell forward lunges, performing all reps on one side before switching to the other for all reps on that side.  You will do these for 8 reps on each side.</p>
<p>Take a minute rest and repeat this set 2 more times for a total of 3 sets.</p>
<p>Next, you will move into a barbell squats and back extensions.</p>
<p>Barbell back squats are next.  Your legs will be a little tired from the last set, so you won&#8217;t use your maximum weight for these.  With the bar positioned at chest height, step underneath it with a relatively close grip (unless you have shoulder mobility problems).  Take the bar off the rack and step back with a medium stance with feet slightly wider than your shoulders.  Keep your chest up, head forward and up and drop your hips down and back, then drive back up.</p>
<p>For Back Extensions, lie down on the ball with your feet in a shoulder width stance for good support.  Position your hands behind your head and keep your chest up as you raise your body up.  You can also use a back extension chair if you have access to one.</p>
<p>Rest for 1 minute and repeat that set 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets.</p>
<p>Next, you will move into a kettlebell 500 circuit as the interval portion of this program.  You will only do 3 exercises, but you will perform 500 total repetitions.</p>
<p>First, start with kettlebell swings for 200 reps with as few sets and as few rests as possible.  If you are a woman, under 18 pounds is a good place to start.  If you are a man, and haven&#8217;t been training, you can start out with the 18 pounds as well.  If you are more advanced, you can use a heavier weight, but be conservative with it if you are starting out.</p>
<p>Start with the kettlebell down at arms length, push your hips back and swing back and up.  Drive back and up with your hips.  Mental fatigue and your grip may slow you down, but make sure you finish the 200 swings.</p>
<p>Move into a superset of bodyweight squats for 200 and stability ball jackknives for 100 reps.</p>
<p>For Bodyweight Squats, feet are just farther than hip width apart, arms straight out in front of you.  Push your hips back as you squat down.  Do 200 reps and break them up as needed.  You can also break these up into a superset fashion with the Stability Ball Jackknives in as many reps as you can.</p>
<p>For the Stability Ball Jackknives, put your hands on the floor with your feet balanced straight out on the ball.  Pull your knees into your chest and back out.  You will do a total of 100 reps.</p>
