I’d like to divide those body parts into 2 different days. Whats the best ones to put together to make 2 groups? Thanks.

My most current workout plan which you’ll find at the top of that page is 3 different workouts over 3 days, the more variations that you include then the quicker you’ll build muscle and strength.

    I think you need to vary all exercise, and it depends on your goals, if your looking for the best of two groups then traps, shoulders, lats, middle back. Chest, tri,biceps, lower back. However, i would isolate more. Big muscle groups at the beginning of the week, no more than 6 exercises in one work out and keep it intensive for 40min with only 30-40 sec rests between sets. No mention of squats, most hated exercise but gets you massive.
