		<description>it sounds good but it is pretty hard to put on a lot of muscle without some fat. you also need to make sure you are lifting and doing a good routine.  it probably wouldn&#039;t hurt to add some carbs to your morning meals then you last couple could be low like you are doing.  make sure you are getting about 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
