@MechanicalSperm yea im not that small but i dont really do cardio at all maybe like 1 time a week, because its hard to keep slim while bulking up, but interval training as shown in this video is good because high intensity for low periods burn fat and not ur muscle, but if u jog or do anyting for too long u will start burning ur muscle off too, so stick with interval training.

bodybuilders do not do high intensity cardio when dieting because they do not want to put too much demand on their muscle that is already having a hard time recovering because they are training hard and calories are cut. So it would make sense to do a lower intensity for longer time. man Vince, here you go again about the drug bullshit.
