		<description>&lt;b&gt;I get into a funk ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I get into a funk where I go on strike to not work out. It seems that I cant find a balance sometimes. Either I am all in or nothing. So, I can workout 6 days a week for 2 hours each day and eat good. Then there are days I do not want to lift a finger. Does this happen to everyone? I need some motivation right now I cant get rid of this funk!! SOS!</description>
