i work out at around 2 or 3 pm and than go back to sleep almost right after. i dont know if thats the best way but it works for me and i always feel great when i wake up.

Wow…I am now a big fan…not just for teh above but also because this actually looks like awesome exercise and it’s quite motivating. I love the the whole rooftop workout thing too. I am a high performance athlete and i usually have excuses like “I am tired”, or my muscles hurt. But then I think about all my competitors that are working really hard and that might be faster than me cuz they have done more workouts. I think that one less workout, is one second loss at the finish line, which is something I don’t want.

I get into a funk where I go on strike to not work out. It seems that I cant find a balance sometimes. Either I am all in or nothing. So, I can workout 6 days a week for 2 hours each day and eat good. Then there are days I do not want to lift a finger. Does this happen to everyone? I need some motivation right now I cant get rid of this funk!! SOS!
