I have a pain in my right side under the skin. It hurts when I breathe in and when I breathe out. It is near my right ribs under my breast and 3-4 ribs under that. please help me with the pain!
The pain has been their for almost 2 weeks I have tried stretching it just hurts.I don’t think I have an air bubble I have tried lying on my stomach to sleep but it really hurt I can only sleep on my left side facing my boyfriend :( or sleep on my back I have tried all side these are the ones that don’t feel as bad, but they still hurt and I’m getting less sleep. Please help!

If it’s a sharp pain, it might be a dislocated rib. I just had one of those a few months ago and they hurt like hell! I went to the chiropractor and he popped in back in (he said it would hurt a little-he lied!), and I felt 100% better immediately. BTW, I fell and dislocated it, but apparently you can do that from turning wrong or any number of things.

You may have a bruced rib as well. Try this exercise, and if it does not help, I would recomend visit the doctor. You never know what it can be.

Side Bends: Stand erect, with your feet set a little wider than the width of your shoulders on each side. Place a broom stick, or an unloaded barbell bar across your neck and grasp the ends of it with your hands. Stiffen your legs and keep stiffened throughout the set you are doing. From this basic starting position, bend at the waist as far to the left as possible. Immediately bend as far to the right as possible. Rhythmically move back and forth between these two positions for a full set of the required number of repetitions, counting each complete cycle of bending both to the left and right as one repetition.

my mom experienced that… She went to a specialist… She was given proper medicines and she underwent some several physical therapy sessions. It helped her.
