2009 Nov 08 2It is D. You can’t control the amounts of thick and thin filaments, unless you take a type of muscle relaxant or tightening pill. The action potentials are one way to control your leg strength. If you use more motor units, your muscle can expand or contract a lot easier. So your answer is D.
