I do push ups ( 150 – 5 sets of 30 ) and Dumbell Curls ( 30 pounds – 4 sets of 20 each arm ).
push ups is a great exercise to build the chest muscles, try to change your arms width a part (wider, narrower), or place ur toes on a step to work your upper chest muscles, you can place your hands on steps to work the lower part.
push ups work your chest,front shoulder muscles and triceps, plus the core (your mid section muscles)
if u can 20 reps with 30 pounds, it means that the Weight is Light for you, try to choose a weight where you can perform 12 reps instead ( try 40 or 45 pounds) ,,,good luck man
