    emovanni, when you jog constantly at low intensity (thts 50% of your max heart rate), you lose fat and muscle… an alternative to that is HIT(High intensity training) the benefit of this is so only lose fat and gain muscle… just see the difference between marathon runners and 100 m sprinters , HIT is basic jog for 30 secs sprint for 30 secs and keep doing tht for 7-8 minutes then gradually increase… , do it and ull get an instant six pack in no time (along with them crunches)

    dont listen to that spartan guy. eating less will only lower your metabolism, running more will only deplete your body of energy & make you lose weight, both fat AND muscle. unless you’re doing cardio for improving your aerobic performance it wont really do much to your fat burning. strenght training on the other hand it will improve your metabolism and force ur muscles to grow. drop the cardio. maybe add weight to ab exercises to force growth if ur still flabby lose more bf

    You are 100% on the money. you should make a dvdwith some core exercises and tips, and include meal plan, and extras I think you could sell a good amont. The truth that many searching for abs dont know. This clip should be on late night infomercials, not ads for lazy ab doer, or the aberizer 5000. All it takes good diet, reasonable caloric deficit, and some good work. And the results will be there.
