    Gettar, buddy. it’s called Warp and it’s under the “edit” menu if I remember correctly.

    AreaOrion, you’re a genius. this is such a brilliant and simple technnique. when I saw your work I expected you mastered liquifiy and then this. I wonder what you’ll do with the content aware scale when you get your hands on it.

    Nice tut video. If only GIMP had such warping tools… IWarp usually works, but this way would be much easier and more controllable.
