    120lbs is …
    120lbs is equivalent to about 54kgs.
    I just don’t believe it.
    Do u know that the stardard packing of cement is 50kilos?
    I go to a hardware shop to purchase a beg of cement, it weighs 50kgs.
    I hv a very tough time carrying it into my back bonet of my car.
    Worse still when I unload it to the floor b4 I carry it futher to the back of my home.
    No way she can lift that dumbell with either hand for 54kgs.

    She can do dumbbell overhead presses for reps with 105 pounds!!!! Leg presses for reps with 1100. Single arm overhead dumbell presses for reps with 50 pounds, That is truly an astonishing women.
