I read that pulled groins may occur when the adductor muscles is stretching beyond the amount of tension that they can withstand or suddenly putting stress on the adductor muscles when they are not ready for the stress. Can sex be a factor? How is that possible.

it happens when they don’t stretch enough. sex has nothing to do with it unless they get into some strange positions.

Just kidding about them being able to breast feed.Seriousily how do they make these muscles when they dont have testosterone male hermones like men do?

The pectoralis muscle lies under the breasts. Their breasts are not big, their pecs are. Many of them lift heavy weights and maintain a low body fat level which allows the underlying muscles to show; however, many female body builders also use steroids to help them build such massive frames.

I am 5′10 19 years old male my weight is 240 I really want to lose weight get to 190 is my goal. But what is the best workouts to lose weight and gain muscle?

To the best of my knowledge, the combination of weight training and cardio (I.e.: walking, riding bike, jumping rope) is the best way to lose weight and gain muscle. That, along with a good clean diet and you should be well on your way.

I am a 17 year old guy and I am just wondering, will my body build muscle even if I am not working out on a regular basis?

Every little thing you do, walking, running, swimming, riding your bike, climbing stairs, taking out the garbage, doing laundry, pushing a vacuum cleaner, builds muscle at your age .
So going to a gym or spa, paying, sometimes, hundreds of dollars per year is not necessary. But, you can go if you want to have fun. It’s a good healthy way to socialize with other people your age.

And, by the way, since I have children your age, take your shirt off and help your mother do some Spring cleaning around the house. You’ll probably impress some girls in your neighborhood. And, they’ll think you’re such a fine catch, being so helpful and respectful to your mom and all. lol

I was planning on doing cardio exercise for heart health but if there’s a chance I can build some muscle I might go for anarobic. I know I’ve heard its much more effective at younger ages but I’m wondering what I can expect… Should I just stick with the cardio?
By the way, I just purchased a home gym and am getting used to working with that. I had free-weights about 10 yrs ago and I already like this much more.
