I undestand that men usually stop growing in height between 18-23 but I wonder when the stop growing into the muscle structure because I just turned 20 and have been going to the gym since I was about 15 but it seems only recently that the muscle has really started to appear with no change it diet or workout. I don’t know if I am still growing into my body or what. Just want to know if anyone has any information about this kind of thing.

ur muscles can continue to grow untill u r about 50 years old and when u reach that point u need to work on maintaining what u have left.

i was in the gym over the summer and i saw these 2 guys (1 was 40 and the other 54) and they where still lifting more than me and i like to consider myself quite built so the moral of the storie is to keep working to improve urself and then just maintain

I didn’t know if there are actually any women that are interested in these fictional stories. The stories involve some sort of transformation where women become much taller, muscular, and more busty in dramatic proportions, depending on the stories.

you can do as many crunches and r. crunches and any other abdominal workout you want but to tell you the truth it wont matter until you have a good Clean eating regiment i say regiment because Diet is a four letter dirty word and besides whats the first 3 letters in diet.your abdominal development is 90% eating regiment and 10% workout how you eat will decide what your abs look like.

Italian design and American muscle might have worked for Rocky Balboa, but when it comes to cars it’s an odd combination. The debut of the Mustang by Giugiaro isn’t the first time the two have come together, however, as Giorgetto Giugiaro, founder of Giugiaro Design, fused the two to create the Bertone Mustang in 1965. It was an unusual take on a legendary car, and when the 2005 Ford Mustang debuted, Giorgetto and his son Fabrizio immediately saw another chance to apply their design expertise to another Mustang.
